Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to drive business through the Banca Channel by working closely with bank branches. The role involves relationship-based sales, lead conversion, and achieving set targets through effective coordination with bank staff.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build strong relationships with branch staff to generate leads.
  • Promote and sell products to bank customers through in-branch activities.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the bank and ensure timely conversion.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Maintain daily reports and update sales performance.

Requirements :

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banca/BFSI domain.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of bank processes and customer service.
