At INI Design Studio, we prioritize sustainability, excellence, and collaboration.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead the design and execution of large-scale architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will combine design excellence, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, multi-disciplinary developments.Key Responsibilities:Lead design development and coordination for Mixed-Use, Sports Complex, and Hospitality projects of significant scale.Manage project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination with structure, MEPF, and landscape teams.Oversee design documentation, detailing, and BIM workflows using Revit.Interface with client throughout the project lifecycle.Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams to maintain quality and design integrity.Conduct design reviews, manage RFIs, and ensure compliance with project standards.Contribute to strategic design thinking and conceptual innovation within the studio.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.Proven track record of working on large-scale projects – Mixed Use, Sports, or Hospitality.Minimum 2 years of international (onsite) work experience, preferably in design or coordination roles.Strong command of Revit and BIM-based workflows; proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, Rhino, or related tools is an advantage.Excellent understanding of International construction systems, detailing, and project delivery processes.Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.Preferred Attributes:Experience with multi-stakeholder projects or international design collaborations.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced studio environment.Passion for design excellence and sustainable architecture.
