We are now building our Outbound Growth Engine — and looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive / SDR to convert MQLs into SQLs through disciplined outreach and smart conversations.
Your Mission:
Own the first human interaction with our potential clients — convert warm leads into qualified opportunities by driving discovery conversations and handing off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call, follow-up, and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Handle 50-60 calls/day with proper call-logging and follow-up
- Move interested leads into SQL stage in CRM and schedule intro calls for the Sales team
- Update lead status and notes consistently in CRM
- Share weekly performance metrics (calls, connects, SQLs, appointments)
