What we are looking for:

Role: Marketing Cloud Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Cloud Intern to support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role offers the opportunity to work on real-time customer engagement journeys through Email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and get hands-on experience with enterprise-grade marketing tools to help scale outreach and drive personalization at scale.

Experience: 0-1 Year

What You'll Do

  • Build, test, and schedule email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns using SFMC (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder)
  • Assist in creating multi-step journeys with multi-channel communication triggers
  • Manage audience segmentation and ensure data sync from CRM or external platforms
  • Set up and test dynamic, personalized content across communication channels
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics like open rates, CTRs, and engagement
  • Coordinate opt-in/out compliance and preference center setup
  • Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, client success, and tech teams

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any Engineering field.
  • Strong interest in CRM and multi-channel marketing automation
  • Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, or Gupshup is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization
  • Comfortable handling data: Excel, CSVs, and basic SQL knowledge preferred
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Mautic is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
