We're looking for a Generalist Intern who wants to work closely with the founder of Cloud Kitchen Pro and gain hands-on experience across content creation, community engagement, and business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, is hungry to learn, and wants to build a future in the food entrepreneurship or creator space.

Success in this position looks like:

  • Taking ownership of assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Contributing creatively to our brand's digital presence
  • Maintaining a pulse on mentee progress and ensuring they feel supported
  • Being proactive in solving problems, not just executing tasks

This is a high-impact, high-exposure role that feeds directly into the brand's growth, marketing performance, and community experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design high-engagement Instagram carousels, stories, and event creatives using Canva
  • Edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) using Captions App or Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Track and update mentee progress; coordinate with mentees for support, reminders, or documentation
  • Assist with lead nurturing, follow-ups, and WhatsApp/Instagram communications
  • Support in executing content repurposing tasks (e.g. turning long videos into carousels or reels)
  • Coordinate between different stakeholders (internal team, mentees, vendors, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
  • Take initiative in suggesting content ideas, community campaigns, or operational improvements
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Basic design experience with Canva (or willing to learn fast)
  • Comfortable with video editing tools like Captions, VN, or Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, content, marketing, or F&B space
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn by doing
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus or quality
  • Availability for at least 15–20 hours per week (hybrid preferred, remote possible for right candidate)
