Job Title: Senior Marketing Cloud Strategist

Description:
Drive Innovation and Growth with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable marketing cloud solutions, leveraging their expertise in data models, audience segmentation, and automation strategies. This role requires a collaborative mindset, working closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations for marketing automation.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and mentoring marketing cloud developers, consultants, and administrators to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.
2. Developing and optimizing data models, audience segmentation, and automation strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop innovative marketing cloud solutions.
4. Providing thought leadership and guidance on best practices for marketing automation, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce data cloud and other external data sources.
5. Conducting code reviews and enforcing development best practices to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud project and development, including:
1. Email, mobile, and web studio experience.
2. Expertise in Salesforce data cloud, marketing cloud intelligence (datorama), pardot, and interaction studio.
3. Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP APIs, FTPs, and external data sources.
