Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Branding leader to drive strategic communication initiatives and elevate the brand's voice in a competitive global market. This role is perfect for a strategic storyteller who can translate complex technology solutions into compelling business narratives and execute high-impact campaigns across channels.
Position Title: Head – Marketing Communications
Experience: 8–13 Years
Location: Bengaluru
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Marketing & Branding Manager to drive strategic brand initiatives, elevate our market presence, and craft compelling narratives that differentiate our IT services offerings. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in B2B marketing, content-driven storytelling, and a passion for simplifying complex technology solutions into human-centered messages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve a powerful brand narrative aligned with our business vision and IT service offerings
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns including messaging strategy, content development, and multi-channel execution (web, social, events, thought leadership, internal comms)
- Drive brand storytelling across customer journeys—awareness, engagement, and loyalty
- Partner with business leaders, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft positioning and case studies for key capabilities (Cloud, Data, AI, Digital Engineering, etc.)
- Manage corporate communications including employer branding, analyst relations, and executive visibility
- Collaborate with design, digital, and PR agencies to maintain consistency in tone, voice, and branding
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform campaign direction and brand performance
Requirements:
- 8–13 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, or corporate marketing in an IT services, consulting, or technology company
- Exceptional storytelling skills with a portfolio of marketing campaigns, thought leadership, or brand content
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and working with cross-functional global teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (, webinars, SEO/SEM, email)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to employer branding and internal communications is a plus
