Committed to truth-driven storytelling, The Talk Lane aims to deliver high-quality content that inspires thoughtful action and empowers audiences worldwide.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Content & Communications Manager who can: ✔ manage social media and content strategy ✔ write high-quality blogs, posts, and episode descriptions ✔ coordinate with podcast guests ✔ support overall content operations for the brandThis is a hybrid role combining storytelling, social media management, guest coordination, and brand communication.ResponsibilitiesContent Writing & PublishingWrite blog posts, Medium articles, newsletters, and behind-the-scenes storiesDraft captions, social media posts (, Instagram, YouTube Community)Prepare episode summaries, highlight notes, and quotesMaintain a consistent brand voice across all platformsSocial Media ManagementBuild and manage weekly content calendarsCreate and schedule posts, clips, quotes, and updatesSupport short-form content packaging (basic editing coordination)Track engagement and optimize growth strategyGuest Communication & CoordinationDraft outreach emails, confirmations, reminders, and thank-you notesManage guest scheduling (multiple time zones)Collect bios, photos, and episode materialsMaintain a structured guest pipelinePodcast SupportPrepare briefing notes for recordingsAssist in episode promotion + launch coordinationPull timestamps, key moments, and highlightsManage content libraries and episode assetsCommunity & Brand EngagementMonitor comments, DMs, and tagsBuild engagement with followers and partner pagesSupport relationship-building with guests and collaboratorsGeneral OrganizationMaintain content repositories and databasesTrack deadlines, tasks, and publishing timelinesCoordinate with editors, designers, and freelancers when neededQualification / Requirement Excellent written and spoken EnglishStrong storytelling and copywriting skillsExperience in social media management ( + IG strongly preferred)Ability to adapt to brand voiceHighly organized, reliable, and proactiveComfortable communicating with high-profile guestsPreferred QualificationExperience with podcasts or media brandsBasic video editing/Canva skillsUnderstanding of SEO + analyticsInterest in leadership, purpose-driven content, and storytellingWhy work with us?Work directly with a global podcast platformGrow across content, strategy, and communicationsFlexible remote roleCreative autonomyExposure to global leaders, founders, and changemakers
