Researching, Studying and Analysing customer behaviour, customer segmentation, and targeting to ensure accurate and efficient targeting of customers with relevant communication mix methodologies.

Managing all digital campaigns, from ideation, media planning, creative communication, content creation to strategy implementation

Creating and maintaining relationships with digital marketing and media agencies

Understand the complete customer journey and ideate around interventions to improve customer experience across all digital platforms

Creating unique content that can be disseminated amongst the masses (brand slogan, catch phrases, jingles, videos, etc.) for enhanced customer branding and image building.

Aligning Content and Marketing Strategy according to the client Goals and monitoring the campaigns.

Analysing the reports of the campaigns for further planning and strategy.

Understand the content requirements for marketing campaigns

Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met

Manages overall project scope and ensures staffing assumptions adhere to budget
