Primary Skill: IVR Testing with Hammer

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IVR Testing with Quality Assurance experience including
  • Experience testing Natural language speech recognition, conversational AI and cognitive solutions
  • Experience with automated test tools including Hammer on Demand or Cyara.
  • Familiar with Text to Speech, Speech to Text
  • Familiarity with leveraging Postman for API testing
  • Experience working in SAFe / Agile
  • Understanding of Rally for project and test management
  • Background with IVR, call routing
  • Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry
