Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst / Software Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, documenting issues, and working closely with the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand project requirements and create test plans & test cases.
  • Perform manual and/or automated testing to ensure software functionality and performance.
  • Identify, record, and track software defects.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and verify fixes.
  • Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or updates.
  • Ensure the product meets business and technical requirements before release.
  • Prepare and share test reports with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management process.
  • Understanding of manual testing concepts; automation testing knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, Selenium, Postman, etc. (good to have).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
