Insurtech Product Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DOWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Product Manager who wants to build products that transform the insurance ecosystem. In this role, you will own the strategy, discovery, and delivery of key product initiatives across our platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to bring high-impact, scalable solutions to life — shaping the future of insurance technology.The Product Manager would be expected to:Product Strategy & RoadmapDefine, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap aligned with business and partner goalsTranslate business vision into product requirements and technical specifications.Set clear success metrics and ensure the team is delivering outcomes, not just features.Conduct user research with clients, partners, and internal teams to identify real problems.Product DeliveryGather detailed specifications and understand requirements for both industry-standard products and client-specific customizations.Map requirements back to the core platform versus customization to maintain product consistency and minimize tech debtAuthor high-quality documentation — such as BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria — ensuring clarity for Engineering, QA, and Design teams.Execution & Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable tech products.Manage product spec prioritisation on a regular basis Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and release cycles using agile methodology.Collaborate directly with clients and partners to understand, define, and design product specifications that align with business and technical requirementsTechnical Understanding     Partner with the engineering team to design scalable API-based insurance solutions.Understand system architecture, integration frameworks, and tech stack used in insurance workflows (claims, underwriting, distribution).REQUIREMENTS  5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in the insurance or InsurTech domain.Strong understanding of insurance workflows (Health and General), distribution channels, and partner integrations.Proven ability to work closely with engineering and design teams to ship high-quality products.Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and data structures.Analytical mindset — ability to use metrics and insights for decision-making.ABOUT RIARIA is a tech company that leverages cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the insurance and healthcare industry.
