Role Description - Prefer candidate from ecommerce & retails background industry

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting (F&A) at Moksa Expect Miracles Foods LLP, located in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial and accounting functions. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports and statements, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves assisting in budgeting and forecasting, as well as collaborating with other departments to support financial objectives.

  • Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Manage credit control and collections activities.
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts of all retail stores
  • Timely payment of Govt. Tax - TDs, GST
  • MIS & budgeting
  • Help CA the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, Finance, and experience in Financial Statements
  • Proficiency in Accounting practices and principles
  • Good Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CPA or CMA) is a plus
  • Very good in advance excel
