Job Description: Insurance Advisor Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

 Prepare and present comparison of quotes for new policies and renewals.

 Analyze Potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks.

 Stay informed on trends and developments in the insurance industry to provide up to

date advice.

 Support in filing insurance claims and advise Management the process/methodology

to get optimum value of the loss.

 Prepare and analyze reports on claims performance, costs and trends for senior

management.

 Conduct regular checks/audits of claim files to ensure quality and compliance.

Skills Required:

 Expert knowledge on insurance matters i.e. covering desired risks for the organisation, taking

various policies like fire, machinery breakdown, employee's policies etc.

 Candidate is supposed to have good working knowledge on day-to-day affairs of insurance

matters including updation of IRDA guidelines issued from time to time.

 Candidate should have sufficient knowledge on settlement of various insurance claims.

 Candidate should have good negotiation skills to get competitive premium on Non-tariff

policies without compromising the risks.

 Candidate should have exposure to work closely with various insurance companies.

Qualification :-

MBA /M.com with specialized knowledge and experience in insurance matters is preferred.

Experience

20+ Years of experience is required.
