We specialize in personalized math coaching for competitive-level students, foundational and open-ended math, through both offline classes in Mumbai and online sessions conducted globally. With over 80 active batches and a team of passionate educators, Mathopia focuses on building conceptual understanding, discipline, and confidence in mathematics. We are now expanding our operations and seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder in managing administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will work closely with the Founder to ensure the smooth daily operation of Mathopia’s offline tutoring center. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating between teachers and parents, maintaining student records (digital and physical), and handling day-to-day administrative and communication tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Founder’s daily and weekly schedules, appointments, and communicationsCoordinate class schedules and assist with teacher and student allocationMaintain and update student data and attendance in Google Sheets / internal systemsHandle inquiries from parents and students, including follow-ups and new admissionsOrganize meetings, reminders, and task lists for the Founder and teamAssist in managing teaching materials, printing, stationery, and classroom logisticsEnsure smooth communication between the Founder, assistant teachers, and studentsHandle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismSupport other administrative or operational tasks as neededQualificationsPrior experience as a Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator preferredExcellent communication skills (spoken and written English; Hindi/Marathi helpful)Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethicAbility to work independently and maintain discretion with confidential dataFamiliarity with an educational setup or tutoring center will be an added advantageOther DetailsLocation: Mumbai (on-site; preferably near Vile Parle)Type: Full-time (Monday–Saturday)Working hours: [9:00 AM – 5:00 PM]Compensation: Competitive, based on experience (₹20,000–₹35,000/month typical range)Start date: Immediate / within 30 days#PersonalAssistant #EducationJobs #MumbaiJobs #AdminAssistant #TutoringAcademy
