Account Executive-Inside Sales

Innovaccer Analytics is on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented Account Executive-Inside Sales to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients and effectively communicating the value of our innovative analytics solutions tailored for the accounting industry. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and ultimately converting them into satisfied customers. You will work closely with marketing and support teams to develop targeted strategies and presentations to showcase how Innovaccer Analytics can elevate their business. Responsibilities- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and position Innovaccer's analytics solutions effectively.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to the specific needs of the client.
- Follow-up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding process for new clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently, reporting on progress and insights to the management team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product features to maintain a prominent position in sales discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within a SaaS or analytics environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to influence and persuade.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer success.
