About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven and analytical SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current SEO trends, strategies, and tools, and a proven ability to drive organic growth through well-executed search engine optimization tactics.This role requires hands-on experience in managing both on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, social media and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities:Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.Perform technical SEO audits and implement best practices to improve crawlability, indexability, and site speed.Manage and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO recommendations.Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing industry trends and developments.Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed on industry benchmarks.Requirements:1–2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Canva, etc.Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.Experience with local SEO and schema markup.Background in content marketing or copywriting.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work on diverse projects and industriesA collaborative and growth-oriented work environmentLearning and development opportunitiesHow to Apply:If you’re passionate about SEO and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you📍 Location: Noida (On-site)📩 Apply via LinkedIn or DM me directly for more details.
