Position Details
  • Role:  Founders Office Intern
  • Location:  Delhi NCR
  • Job Type: Hybrid (primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings as required)
  • Stipend:  ₹10,000 per month
  • Reporting To:  Founders Office / Chief of Staff
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement:

1)Participate in and organize meetings with potential clients and key stakeholders

2)Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Operational Support:

1)Assist in managing daily operations and founder schedules

2)Handle internal coordination and cross-functional communication

  • Market & Industry Research:

1)Research real estate trends, competitor landscapes, and business opportunities

2)Present research findings to the founders for strategic decisions

  • Project Management:

1)Track ongoing initiatives, update trackers, and ensure project milestones are met

2)Coordinate with different teams for seamless project execution

  • Business Communication:

1)Draft professional emails, internal briefs, presentations, and meeting summaries

2)Maintain discretion, professionalism, and clarity in all communications

  • Event Organization:

1)Assist in arranging internal events and external meetings

  • Flexibility:

1)Primarily remote; physical presence may be requested for important meetings or events
