Location: Kolkata, India Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office Experience Level: CA Qualified with 1–2 years of accounting experience Compensation: ₹10 - 14 LPA (flexible for the right candidate) About the Role We are hiring qualified Chartered Accountants to join the India office of a fast-growing U.S.-based accounting firm . This is a hands-on accounting and bookkeeping role focused on managing the books of U.S. clients through QuickBooks Online and related accounting platforms. You will work closely with senior accountants and the U.S. leadership team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger management. Manage AP/AR, expense tracking, and month-end closing activities. Prepare financial statements and maintain supporting schedules. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls. Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function. Who Should Apply We’re looking for CA-qualified candidates who: Have 1–2 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience (including Articleship). Possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and reconciliations . Have working knowledge of QuickBooks , Tally , or any ERP (QuickBooks experience preferred but not mandatory). Are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn U.S. accounting processes. Have excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
