We’re Hiring Associate/Senior Associate – Customer Service(International Voice Process) Location: Kharadi, Pune - Shift: Flexible to work in rotational shifts Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have excellent communication skills? We’re looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service team in Pune Key Responsibilities: Handle international voice-based customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. Provide timely and accurate information or support to customers. Maintain service quality standards while achieving performance goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements: ✅ 0–4 years of experience in customer service (International BPO experience is a plus) ✅ Excellent command of English — both verbal and written ✅ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook ✅ Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player ✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts Why Join Us?
