**Job Title: Customer Service Associate - International Inbound Voice Process (B2C)**

**Key Responsibilities**

Handle high volume calls Manage inbound customer calls per day related to telecom services for US-based customers.

Provide efficient support: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and effectively.

**Criteria**:UG/Grad Min 6 month exp in International Voice | Customer Service

**Location**:Pune (Work from Office)

**Shift **5:30 PM - 7:30 AM (Shifts will rotate in this duration)

**Work Days**: 5 days working, with 2 rotational days off

**Compensation**:Up to INR 4,92,000 CTC (hike based on exp)

**Transport-** Both side cab facility
