Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for an OPT Recruiter located in New Delhi. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates, with a focus on OPT (Optional Practical Training) students. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with candidates, collaborating with universities and institutions, and working closely with hiring managers to meet client requirements. Additionally, the recruiter will ensure compliance with visa requirements and documentation, while effectively managing recruitment pipelines and databases. Qualifications Recruitment skills such as candidate sourcing, interviewing, and talent pipeline managementStrong understanding of OPT, CPT, H1B, and related U.S. work authorization processesAbility to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and educational institutionsProficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsKnowledge of IT industry trends and job roles is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
