As an OPT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates, with a focus on OPT students. Your primary goal will be to attract top talent to our organization while maintaining strong relationships with candidates, universities, and institutions.Maintaining effective relationships with candidatesBuilding partnerships with educational institutionsCollaborating with hiring managers to meet client requirementsRequirementsProven recruitment skills including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and talent pipeline managementA deep understanding of OPT processes and regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and educational institutionsProficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredWhat We OfferWe provide a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
