We’re a small team of Serial Founders, Engineers, Physicists, Product artists and builders who believe that “The future will be shaped not by those with the most data, but by those who decide best “On a mission to build last piece of Decision Intelligence that humanity will ever need - for today’s and future Decisions.What you will Do ?Own top-of-funnel growth: research, identify, and engage target accounts across enterprise and mid-market segments.Outbound with creativity: use , email, calls, and content to break through noise and start meaningful conversations.Qualify opportunities and set up high-quality meetings for Founding AEs and leadership.Build and refine ICP lists, outreach sequences, and messaging playbooks in collaboration with marketing and sales.Capture and relay market feedback to product and GTM teams, influencing roadmap and strategy.Help define the BDR playbook from scratch — tools, cadences, metrics, and culture.What we are looking for ?2–5 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles at a SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech company.Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.Strong research skills: ability to map accounts, spot signals, and personalize outreach.Excellent written + verbal communication; confident in engaging senior stakeholders (VP, CxO levels).Bonus: Exposure to AI, analytics, or enterprise SaaS sales cycles.Builder mindset: thrives in ambiguity, creative in approach, and motivated by 0→1 challenges.Why Join Us ?Founding GTM role: your efforts will define our first revenue engine.Direct collaboration with founders, product, and early customers.Opportunity to grow into AE, Partnerships, or GTM leadership as we scale.Compensation that reflects founding impact.
