Key Responsibilities: ·       Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. ·       Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. ·       Handle sales of aluminum truss systems, stage structures, and event-related fabrication solutions . ·       Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base in event and exhibition sectors. ·       Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team for target achievement. ·       Coordinate with production, dispatch, and design teams for timely project execution. ·       Manage price negotiations, quotations, and client proposals. ·       Prepare and present monthly sales reports to management. ·       Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings for business development. ·       Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain post-sales relationships for repeat business. Requirements: ·       Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the event infrastructure, truss, or fabrication industry . ·       Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ·       Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ·       Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. ·       Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. ·       Willingness to travel across India as required. Qualification: ·       Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Marketing / Business Management (MBA preferred).
