Job Title: CRM ExecutiveCompany: Giant Truss (Dlyft India LLP) Location: Rohtak, Haryana Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Manufacturing / Truss & Structural Fabrication Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, handle communication between departments, and ensure smooth coordination from order to delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients for all post-sales communication. Maintain and update customer records, project status, and feedback in CRM software or Excel reports. Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally. Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Dispatch, and Accounts) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Follow up on project timelines, order updates, and payment schedules. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management. Assist in maintaining documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, and client correspondence. Support the sales and marketing teams in client retention and relationship-building activities. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients to enhance trust and long-term partnerships. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce). 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Client Coordination (preferably in a manufacturing setup). Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail.
