Job Title: Learning and Development ManagerDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: KPHB CorporateReporting To: Head – Learning and Development1. Role OverviewThe Learning and Development Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic learning initiatives that drive individual and organizational performance. This role focuses on building a strong learning culture, enhancing employee capabilities, and supporting career development aligned with business goals.2. Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning.Training Needs Analysis:Identify skill and competency gaps through collaboration with leadership teams, employee assessments, and performance data.Program Design & Delivery:Design, deliver, and manage engaging learning programs using blended methodologies—classroom training, e-learning, coaching, and on-the-job training.Content Development:Create, update, and maintain learning content and training materials to ensure relevance, clarity, and practical applicability.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with business leaders, centre managers, and subject matter experts to design specialized programs that address functional and behavioural development needs.Learning Management System (LMS):Oversee the LMS to track participation, performance, and compliance while driving higher engagement and usage.Evaluation & Impact:Measure training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance analytics; implement improvements based on insights.Talent & Career Development:Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on professional growth, career pathways, and development plans.Workshops & Learning Events:Organise leadership workshops, skill-building programs, and cross-functional knowledge-sharing sessions.Innovation & Trends:Stay updated with emerging learning technologies, tools, and industry best practices to keep programs current and impactful.3. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.(master’s degree preferred.)7–9 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organisational Development.Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick).Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and deliver measurable results.4. Language ProficiencyTelugu: MandatoryEnglish & Hindi: Proficient5. Preferred Industry ExperiencePrior experience in Healthcare, Hospitality (Hotels), or Aviation industries preferred.Should possess a vibrant personality, strong soft skills, and an approachable leadership style.Ability to collaborate effectively with Centre Management Teams and Medical Teams.Quick learner, adaptive, and open to travel as required.6. Preferred Industry ExperienceHealthcare (IVF background would be a plus)HospitalityRetail7. Language ProficiencyTelugu: MandatoryEnglish & Hindi: Proficient8. Other Key AttributesReadiness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel to outstation centres (approximately once a month or as required).Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with all stakeholders, including centre teams, customer-facing roles, and senior management.Personality: Positive attitude with a cheerful, vivacious, and approachable personality.Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to identify challenges and propose practical learning solutions.Technical Skills:Strong in Training Needs Identification (TNI) and gap analysis.Excellent content building, PowerPoint design, and public speaking skills.Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, and other basic digital tools.9.
