The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, product vision, and leadership to drive product success from concept to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, communicate, and execute the project roadmap aligned with business goals.Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle — from ideation, design, and development to launch and continuous improvement.Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.Manage project timelines, scope, and risks, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.Drive Agile/Scrum practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.Collect and analyze user feedback and data to guide product decisions and enhancements.Work closely with stakeholders to align product features with market and customer needs.Mentor and guide team leads and developers toward achieving technical and organizational goals.RequirementsMinimum Experience: 5+ years in program/project management or a senior technical leadership role.Programming Expertise: Strong hands-on experience as a programmer in at least two of the following — PHP, Node.Js, React and MongoDB.Proven experience in leading and mentoring software development teams.Demonstrated success in project/program management — planning, execution, and delivery.Strong ERP/CRM product sense with the ability to define, communicate, and execute product vision.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.Experience in SaaS, enterprise applications, or product-based IT companies or firmsWhy Join Kragos Technologies?Opportunity to lead impactful products in a growing technology organization.Work in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture.Competitive compensation and benefits.Strong career growth opportunities across multiple locations.To Apply:Send your resume and a brief cover letter to hr@kragos.com
