Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Jabalpur. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of development initiatives in various areas such as education, health, livelihoods, and environment. Key tasks include coordinating with teams, managing resources, ensuring program delivery within timelines, and assessing project impact. The role also involves stakeholder communication, risk management, and preparing progress reports to ensure programs achieve their intended objectives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, timeline management, and resource allocation
  • Ability to manage teams, communicate effectively, and foster collaboration across stakeholders
  • Proficiency in monitoring and evaluating project outcomes, including generating detailed reports
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with the development sectors of education, health, rural development, and environmental sustainability
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field
  • Experience in non-profit or community-centric roles; prior experience in similar projects is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages of the region and familiarity with grassroots community dynamics is beneficial
