We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our cybersecurity team as a Lead - OT Security. The objective of this role is to protect our organization's operational technology (OT) systems by implementing robust security measures, monitoring potential threats, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OT environment and security principles, technologies, and best practices, and will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the security and integrity of our OT systems. Educational qualificationsBE/B.Tech in Elec & Comm, computer science, Information Security, or related field. Experience & Responsibilities12-15 years of experience in OT environment with hands-on experience and OT security, including technology deployment and operations. Strong understanding of process of OT environment, network devices, cloud infrastructure and IDS/AV/AD/WSUS/Syslog. Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001. Experience with security testing tools and automation.Relevant OT security certifications such as GICSP, IEC-62443 are a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologiesLead the implementation and support of cybersecurity requirements for IT & OT/IoT environments. Actively participate in security design and controls discussions for security projects. Implement and support OT security solutions such as IDS/IPS and risk monitoring solutions. Suggest changes as needed for the company's OT/IoT infrastructure security. Prepare documentation for the company's OT/IoT security projects. Conduct regular security assessments of OT systems to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities. Evaluate the overall security architecture of OT systems and propose improvements to enhance resilience against cyber threats. Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive data.Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the security posture of OT systems.OT Security Professionals, Please email at joy.saha@adani.com OR reach at 9898791075
