We are seeking an enthusiastic AI Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge voice AI systems and intelligent agents. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.ResponsibilitiesAI Development and DeploymentDevelop and maintain AI-driven, real-time speech-to-speech conversational agentsBuild low-latency, high-impact features that enhance user experiencesDesign and implement end-to-end AI pipelinesOptimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliabilityCollaborate on defining and tracking success metrics for AI featuresTechnical Requirements5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languagesExperience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environmentsProficiency in API designProficiency with generative AI frameworks and toolsHands on experience with large language models, prompt engineering.Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeExperience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS and deployment automationKnowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging toolsFamiliarity with vector databasesPreferred QualificationsExperience in Healthcare or financial services industry.Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agentsContributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant workKnowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology with real-world impactCompetitive compensation and benefits packageQualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume along with links to relevant GitHub repositories or project examples that demonstrate experience with AI or related technologies.
