Role Description

We're seeking
Senior and Mid-Senior Level AI Engineers/Developers
to join our growing team.

You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI systems across domains such as
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
,
Computer Vision
, and
Recommendation Engines
.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable AI-driven products, including intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and large language model–powered platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    ML/DL models
    for production-ready applications.
  • Fine-tune and integrate
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
  • Develop and optimize
    ETL pipelines
    and data workflows.
  • Apply
    MLOps
    best practices — CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Collaborate on
    AI-powered platform development
    and research initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in
    AI/ML engineering
    or applied data science.
  • Strong command of
    Python
    ,
    TensorFlow
    ,
    PyTorch
    , and related frameworks.
  • Proficiency in
    NLP
    ,
    Computer Vision
    , or
    Recommendation Systems
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    LLMs
    ,
    prompt engineering
    , and API integrations.
  • Experience with
    AWS
    ,
    Azure
    , or
    GCP
    for model deployment.
  • Understanding of
    SQL/NoSQL
    ,
    data preprocessing
    , and
    feature engineering
    .
  • Familiarity with
    MLOps
    ,
    Kubernetes
    , and
    Docker
    is a plus.
  • Experience with
    LangChain
    ,
    Vector Databases
    , or
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    .
  • Exposure to
    Generative AI
    ,
    Conversational AI
    , or
    Voice-based systems
    .
  • Prior experience in
    AI product development
    or
    startup ecosystems
    .

Position Details

  • Roles:

    Full-time or Contract (Flexible models available)
  • Location:
    Hybrid / Remote (India-based preferred)
  • Compensation:
    Variable, based on experience and expertise
