Role Overview We're looking for a Full-Time AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI Agents into production environments. You'll work directly on LangGraph / LangChain-based pipelines and play a key role in architecting multi-agent systems that interact with real customer data and workflows. This role is ideal for someone who loves hands-on building, fast iteration, and ownership. Key Responsibilities Architect and develop LLM-based multi-agent workflows. Deploy and maintain AI Agents in live production environments. Integrate Agents with 3rd-party systems and internal APIs. Improve model performance using evaluation + observability tooling. Collaborate with engineering + product teams to ship fast. Required Qualifications Experience deploying AI Agents in production (critical requirement). Minimum 1 year experience building AI applications or workflows. Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain. Strong understanding of LLM application architecture, state handling, and tool-calling. Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and NLP pipelines. Familiarity with AI observability tools (e.G., Langfuse, Phoenix, OpenTelemetry, W&B, Honeycomb). Proficient in Python for backend and orchestration. Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, comfortable in fast-paced environments. Nice to Have Experience with Docker / containerized deployments. Background integrating with APIs and enterprise systems. Understanding of structured evaluation and testing frameworks for LLM applications.
