How will you make an impact in this role?
This role will support 2 VPs including VP- Digital Product Management in Capabilities and VP- Global Capacity & Contact Management (GCCM) based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks for the VPs and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Maintain calendar - Responsible for long- and short-term calendar administration and organizing meetings Provide meeting support with scheduling, planning, materials, logistics, catering, etc. Act as central point and often first point of contact for internal and external customers Provide support with staff administration such as org charts, distribution lists, etc. Support Leadership visits Drive colleague engagement activities (lunch/dinner/team building activities) across the Director areas of VP. Ensure team events are in sync with Expense management policies. Book travel and hotel arrangements as needed Manage expense process for 2 VPs Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed Shift Timing – 12:30 – 9 pmMinimum Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline with 3+ years of administrative experience Detail oriented and able to maintain calendars that include complex, multi-time zone meeting requests and associated scheduling Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to effectively handle multiple priorities at one time Strong communication; highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment; able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPointPreferred Qualifications
