Salary band: up to 6 LPA – 8 LPA (based on experience and fitment)Exp: 2 Years – 5 yearsLocation: Malad, Mumbai (Work-from-Office)Key Responsibilities:• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and otherrelevant platforms.• Drive performance outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, revenue growth).• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across search, display, shopping, video, and paid social.• Monitor campaign performance daily, identify growth opportunities, and ensure budget efficiency.• Work closely with creative/content teams to align ad messaging with performance goals.• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for scaling campaigns.• Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad platforms.Requirements:• 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing.• Direct experience managing budgets of nearly ₹1 Cr+ per month.• Strong background in e-commerce, retail, or real estate campaigns.• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and other performance tools.• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
