Position: Math Tutor

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Math Tutor to teach U.S.-based students in live online classrooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Mathematics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make learning interactive and enjoyable for young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Math concepts aligned with U.S. curriculum standards .
  • Use interactive methods to simplify complex topics and build strong problem-solving skills.
  • Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain performance records.
  • Conduct Catch-up Sessions or Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) when required.
  • Collaborate with curriculum and operations teams to ensure smooth class delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in Math (online teaching preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to engage, manage, and motivate young learners in an online environment.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free teaching setup.
Work Timings

Regular Schedule (Nov – Mar):

  • Weekdays (Tue–Fri): 03:30 AM – 09:30 AM IST (5 slots)
  • Weekends (Sat–Sun): 08:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST (4 slots)
  • Catch-ups/PTM: 04:30 AM – 08:30 AM IST

Daylight Saving Schedule (Mar – Nov):

  • Weekdays (Tue–Fri): 02:30 AM – 08:30 AM IST (5 slots)
  • Weekends (Sat–Sun): 07:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST (4 slots)
  • Catch-ups/PTM: 04:30 AM – 08:30 AM IST
Compensation & Benefits
  • ₹40,000 per month [ negotiable] + attractive performance-based incentives.
