**Job Summary**
**About Kumon**
Kumon is an individualized after school ability building program to develop a child's potential to the maximum.
It is a supplement rather than replacement to school lessons.Students do not work together as a class learning the same thing at the same time but progress through the program at their individual pace, moving on to the next level when they have achieved mastery of the previous level. Students are guided by trained Kumon Instructors and Assistants. By studying the maths and English programs, our students develop independent learning skills, Time management, Perseverance, and increased self-confidence as they work out how to overcome challenges by themselves. for more details about the company.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
2) Correcting children's worksheets.
3) Day to day admin related activities.
4) Providing training to team members and new recruits.
**Qualifications and Skills**
**Any Math Degree or more**
Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
1) Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
2) Team player.
3) Passion to work with children.
4) Must be very responsible, reliable and punctual and be able to multitask and follow directions.

Week Days : 11:00am to 7:00pm Full-time
2:00 to 7:00 pm Part-Time
Salary 80,000.00 to 1,50,000.00 /year starting pay.
An exciting incentive programme is also operational.
