We're Hiring – Admissions Counselor (Sales-Driven)

Location: Pune | Full-Time | Target-Based Role

Poise Aviation & Hospitality Academy is looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor who is confident in sales and passionate about helping students build careers in aviation and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries (walk-ins, phone,WhatsApp) and convert them into admissions
  • Provide course counseling and career guidance to students and parents
  • Achieve daily , weekly and monthly targets and maintain follow-up records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless admissions
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and outreach activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or education sector
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Must be target-oriented with a drive to achieve results
  • Experience in the aviation, hospitality, or training industry preferred

Salary:

As per experience + performance-based incentives
