Work Mode: Work from Office
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Laptop: Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end admissions process for the school.
- Counsel prospective parents and students about the school&aposs vision, curriculum, and benefits.
- Follow up with inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins to convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain admission records and regularly update databases.
- Plan and execute admission drives, school tours, and open house sessions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new students.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 24 years of experience in admissions or as an admission counselor, preferably in a school or education setup.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
