Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on global lead generation to oversee our online marketing strategy and campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and executing lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), and Google Ads, targeting audiences worldwide. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in executing high-impact campaigns that successfully generate leads from multiple regions and markets. You will develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing strategies that attract qualified leads and contribute to our business growth on a global scale.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation Strategy (Global Focus):
  • Develop and execute global lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), and Google Ads, focusing on key regions and markets for our EdTech products.
  • Identify and target specific audience segments across different geographic regions to generate high-quality leads.
  • Develop and tailor strategies for various markets, understanding regional differences in behavior, interests, and cultural nuances.


Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across global markets, from ideation to targeting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and tracking conversion performance across diverse regions.
  • Set and manage paid ad budgets for global campaigns, monitor ROI, and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
Creative Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives, copy, and landing pages are designed to resonate with regional target audiences.
  • Provide insights and feedback on how creative assets can be optimized to increase conversions across different global markets.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of global campaigns, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Provide actionable insights on CPL (Cost Per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and ROI across multiple countries and regions.


Market Research:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in EdTech marketing and global digital advertising.
  • Conduct competitor analysis in various global markets and research industry-specific keywords, platforms, and audience behaviors to improve lead generation efforts.


Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align global marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Support the sales team in nurturing leads through the funnel and converting them into long-term customers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly global lead generation in the EdTech industry.
  • Platforms Expertise: Strong experience in managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and Google Ads, targeting multiple regions globally.
  • Lead Generation: In-depth knowledge of global lead generation strategies through paid digital channels, with experience in scaling lead generation efforts across various markets.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) to track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for global performance.
  • Ad Copy and Creative: Strong understanding of effective ad copywriting, collaborating with design teams on creative direction, and optimizing landing pages for conversions in various global markets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities, particularly in the context of global lead generation.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO and Content Marketing strategies that complement paid campaigns on a global scale.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams across different regions.
