Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Telecaller to join our team at Desh Bhagat University. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students to provide information about our courses and assist them in the admission process. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Assist students in the admission process by guiding them through the necessary documentation and requirements
  • Stay updated with the latest information about our courses, admission deadlines, and scholarship opportunities
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to organize and participate in recruitment events and fairs
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the telecalling process
