Position: Telecaller

Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the objective of promoting products or services, generating sales leads, and closing sales deals. Your primary goal is to communicate effectively with prospects, build rapport, and persuade them to take desired actions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a pre-defined script.

Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and answer customer queries.

Maintain a high level of knowledge about company offerings, promotions, and campaigns.

Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information from prospects.

Schedule appointments for sales representatives and coordinate meetings with potential clients.

Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all customer interactions.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting sales calls.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
