Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate leads. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will be vital in engaging prospects, addressing their inquiries, and converting them into satisfied customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to a provided list of potential customers or cold leads with the goal of promoting our products/services and generating interest.

Customer Engagement: Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and understand their needs and requirements.

Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present the features and benefits of our products/services, highlighting their value proposition to potential customers.

Handle Inbound Inquiries: Address inbound inquiries from customers regarding our offerings, pricing, and other related questions.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, record necessary information, and follow up with interested prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales details in the CRM system.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to improve our products/services and report insights to the management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident approach in handling customer interactions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities..

**Experience**:

- Telecaller: 1 year (preferred)
