With FFACE, every aspect of your digital strategy is executed with precision and creativity.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce and Performance Marketing position based in Kolkata metropolitan area. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing ecommerce strategies, managing online sales channels, and analyzing performance metrics. The role includes working closely with the sales team, managing customer service activities, and ensuring effective communication across all platforms. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring digital campaigns, optimizing sales funnels, and enhancing user experience on ecommerce platforms.QualificationsAnalytical skills for monitoring and optimizing performance metricsExperience in E-Commerce and Sales to manage online sales channels and develop strategiesKnowledge in ShopifyDeep Knowledge in Performance Marketing in Meta and GoogleKnowledge in E-Commerce Platforms such as Amazon, Flikart, Myntra and Blinkit Ads, Listing Management, A+ content and similar. Strong Communication and Customer Service skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldExperience with digital marketing tools and platformsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
