Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both B2B and B2C platforms.
Align product development with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Stay ahead of technology trends and ensure the platforms remain competitive and innovative.
Product Development
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high- performing platforms.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business needs, and market analysis.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Management to understand the high-level scope and vision.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver on product goals.
Lead product managers and ensure effective collaboration and alignment across teams.
Customer-Centric Focus
Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Ensure an intuitive, user-friendly experience for both B2B and B2C customers.
Metrics and Reporting
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Report progress, challenges, and opportunities to leadership.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in product management, with a focus on B2B and B2C technology products. Experience in SaaS platforms is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a
related field. MBA is a plus.
Skills:
Proven experience in managing full product lifecycle.
Strong understanding of B2B workflows and B2C e-commerce dynamics.
Technical expertise in cloud-based platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience in managing product and technology teams.
