Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Financial Operations and Strategy to lead our Finance and Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial objectives, managing complex client engagements, and driving process improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and assess financial objectives and operational policies
  • Lead and deliver complex client engagements, identifying creative business solutions and implementing them effectively
  • Ensure all operations are managed according to client requirements and statutory compliances
  • Implement process improvements with a focus on automation and productivity
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables and manage team relationships to ensure exceptional performance

Requirements
  • Graduation or Post Graduation or Chartered Accountant
  • 15+ years of work experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position in a similar operations role
  • Experience managing teams of 250+ members
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
  • Hands-on experience with overseas accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
