Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff at Techmero, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Founder's office. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from administrative support to research, project management, and more. If you have a passion for app development research, are a creative problem solver, and are ready to take on any challenge to deliver results, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research on app trends, functionality, and user preferences. Study competitor's applications.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and insights for app development.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to the Founders in a clear and compelling manner.

Administrative Support:

  • Assess the urgency and importance of tasks and requests, ensuring that critical matters are addressed promptly.
  • Provide administrative assistance for company-wide projects or initiatives as directed by the CEO.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Arrange and Coordinate Meetups on Various Topics:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate meetups at office
  • Craft compelling invitations and value propositions to encourage their participation.
  • Create and execute marketing plans to promote meetups through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.

Project Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate special projects on behalf of the CEO.
  • Ensure projects align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Track project progress and report updates to the CEO.

Idea Testing and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to test and validate app ideas and strategies.
  • Assist in the implementation of pilot projects and experiments.
  • Drive initiatives to successful completion.

Multitasking and Crazy Work:

  • Be ready to tackle a variety of tasks, both expected and unexpected.
  • Embrace challenges and take the initiative to find creative solutions.
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Office Organization:

  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
  • Ensure the CEO's workspace is conducive to productivity.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A background in the IT field is required.
  • Excellent command of English in both written and spoken communication.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Have some knowledge of the process of app development.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media management, sales support, and video shooting/editing is an advantage.
