Catering to a diverse clientele including small to large enterprises across various sectors, MNS has a dynamic workforce of > 150 employees, driving its vision of delivering comprehensive credit management solutions globally.We are looking for a VP, Marketing who will own the GTM engine end-to-end—design ICPs and strategy, run multi-channel demand generation (ABM + inbound + performance), standardize lifecycle journeys with Sales/BDR, and build the analytics stack that ties every rupee to revenue. As a player-coach, you’ll set targets, manage budget, and build the marketing org (demand gen, product marketing, brand/content, marketing ops) while staying hands-on to prove channels and scale repeatable growth. Key ResponsibilitiesGTM & Strategy: Define ICPs/segments, value propositions, annual growth plan, channel mix, and budget tied to revenue targets; align with Leadership on quarterly goals.Demand Generation & ABM: Run multi-touch ABM for top accounts (insurers, NBFCs, exporters, conglomerates); orchestrate LinkedIn, email, webinars, events, and retargeting.Performance & Inbound: Own paid search/social/display; lead SEO/content pillars (BIR, KYB, credit risk); launch high-convert landing pages and calculators (e.G., BIR sample, LEI renewal, Debt Recovery Services).Lifecycle & Sales Alignment: Design scoring, routing, and nurture journeys; set & enforce BDR SLAs (speed-to-lead, MQL→SQL); deliver sales enablement (decks, case studies, battlecards).Analytics & Ops: Build a single source of truth (GA4 + CRM + ad platforms + call/product analytics); run A/B tests; manage attribution, forecasting, and weekly growth reviews.Brand & Partnerships: Drive thought leadership; plan event calendar andco-marketing with TCIs/ECAs/fintech/LEI partners; measure ROI.Team & Vendors: Hire, coach, and performance-manage a lean team (Perf Mktg, Content/SEO, Marketing Ops; later PMM); managecreative/PR/SEO agencies and martech vendors.QualificationsExperience: 10–15+ years in B2B growth/demand gen for fintech/data/BFSI (India) with owned pipeline targets and measurable revenue impact.Channel Mastery: Proven ABM + inbound playbook; strong SEO/content and paid acquisition execution at scale.Revenue Ops: Hands-on with lead scoring/routing, lifecycle automation, attribution modeling, and funnel diagnostics.Tools: HubSpot/Salesforce (or equivalent CRM/MA), GA4/Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads/Google Ads, Semrush/Ahrefs; Collaboration & Communication: Tight alignment with Sales/BDR; crisp storytelling, exec-ready reporting, and stakeholder management.Domain Plus (nice-to-have): Familiarity with trade credit insurance, collections, credit bureaus; Experience with PLG/self-serve motions and BFSI events.
