Job Description

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.Manage and optimise digital campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and display.Analyse performance metrics to identify trends and improve campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Oversee budget management and ensure efficient allocation of resources.Implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to enhance campaign results.Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive marketing strategies.Provide regular reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP - Performance Marketing should have:

A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven expertise in managing performance marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Ability to manage budgets and optimise resource allocation effectively.Experience in working within the financial services consultancy industry.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
