Field Sales Manager (D2C/FMCG)
to
expand our presence
and drive sales for our premium,
freshly-milled, chemical-free staples .
What You’ll Do:Drive Sales & Growth
– Identify, reach out to, and convert potential customers into loyal MillStory users.Find & Develop Leads
– Identify new sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships.Understand Customer Needs
– Educate prospects about MillStory’s
healthy, traditionally milled food products
and how they align with their lifestyle.Achieve Sales Targets
– Execute a strong sales strategy and contribute to MillStory’s growth.Collaborate with Marketing
– Work closely with the team to ensure sales and marketing efforts align for maximum impact.Drive product placements
- Drive our reach with striking collaborations and product placements in various channels including social media, retail stores, and quick commerce.Track & Report Progress
– Keep an eye on key sales KPIs, analyze trends, and share insights with the management team.
Who Should Apply?We are looking for candidates who:✅
Have 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers with a strong drive are welcome too).✅ Are self-motivated, persuasive, and eager to build relationships with customers.✅ Have a passion for the FMCG and food industry.✅ Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.✅ Are comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.✅ Are specifically interested in field sales, willing to work on-ground, meet clients, and drive conversions.
